Special luncheon coming up!
The Honorable Maurice P. McTigue will be flying in to town
to speak to the Mesa County Republicans at a special
luncheon Friday, January 19th at noon at the Grand Vista
Hotel.
Mr. McTigue is a former New Zealand Cabinet Minister and
Ambassador to Canada. He was involved with New Zealand's
aggressive deregulation of labor markets, transportation
and fishing industries. He now serves as a distinguished
visiting scholar and director of government accountability
project at George Mason University in Fairfax, VA. He will
be speaking about how over-regulation and taxation of
business can be turned back.
